Riddick came to us as due to work and health problems his owners were struggling to walk him and give him the attention he needs. He was being left alone for excessive amounts of time. Here is his foster write up

Riddick is a loving boy with lots of energy. He had never been let off his lead before and it appears that he has not been trained on a lead, either. He now walks on a shorter lead with a Halti quite well but loves nothing more than running (a normal spaniel!)
He is not used to other dogs and has been excessively interested in checking them out whenever he has met them (which doesn’t go down too well unless the dog is submissive) but now that he has been castrated this may change. He hasn’t displayed any aggressive behaviour toward other dogs.
He can be quite mischievious (he likes to grab the toilet rolls, socks, gloves, anything he can find, and won’t give them up willingly) and has guarding issues over his chews/ toys.
He loves a cuddle and really doesn’t like to be left. He is ok once on his own in the house- not destructive – but cries if left downstairs alone, especially at night.
He barks when surprised or meeting strangers, but not excessively. He is scared of male strangers but responds more to commands from a male.
He loves to jump in the bath and enjoys a wash and dry!
He has been great with our two teenagers but young children may be overwhelmed by his energy and not understand his guarding issues.
He needs someone with lots of time and energy for him.

Riddick is neutered chipped vaccinated wormed and flead and adoption is subject to meet and greet, homecheck and adoption donation. Applications via forms section of the website please.
